What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is an exciting new fun way to spend your free time. A group of you will be in a themed room and must use teamwork, communication skills, and puzzle solving to complete objectives and escape before the 60 minute time limit is up.

Is there parking?
Yes, lots of free parking right outside. There is a big area where you can park anywhere you like. If in doubt when you get here, just pop into the barbers and ask.
How do you ensure your rooms is Covid-19 safe?
The government guidelines for Covid have now been removed but if you have any concerns before arriving, please contact us.
Who can be in my team?
Anyone can be in your team, but we recommend teams of 2-6 people and a minimum age of 10 (we ask under 16s to be accompanied by an adult).
Can I add someone to my booking after I have booked?
Yes. Please just bring a card or cash and you can pay the difference in price when you arrive. If you want to bring more than 6 people please call to discuss.
What if I have a group of people much larger than 6 people?
Please call to discuss if you would like more than 6 people. We can also arrange to have groups one after the other, perfect to get a haircut while you wait! For more information please get in touch using our contact details on the home page, and we’ll tailor a package to meet your needs.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive at the time of your booking, and follow the instructions you received in your confirmation email.
Is it scary?
The theme follows a similar story to Sweeney Todd so if you are ok with watching Sweeney Todd then you should be fine with this. There are some jump scares but these can be removed and you can choose whether you would like them when you book.
What if there’s a fire?
The door is not locked so you will be able to get out at any time, and there are multiple exits.
What happens if we have to cancel our booking?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to change your booking. After this time we won’t be able to give a refund, but can offer to reschedule or issue you a gift voucher for the full amount to play with us later.
Are there any rules?
Please don’t take photos or videos in the room. We don’t want the puzzles to be spoiled for others. Most of all, have fun!
What if I need the toilet?
You can go to the toilet in the main barbers during the game. But we won’t be able to pause the game for you, so please try to go before you arrive.
Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?
Escape The Chop is on the ground floor. Most of the game is achievable in a wheelchair, and there will always be something for you to do. You will however need at least one member of your team to be out of a wheelchair for some portions of the room.
Will I really be locked in a room?
You can leave the room at any point as the door to enter is not locked and the aim is to find out who is behind the disappearances.
Do I need to know anything before going into the room?
You won’t need any answers to quiz questions. Just use your common sense and we’ll help you out if you get stuck, so don’t worry, you’ll be just fine.
